Let us see your screen and help you while you are on the phone with us. Nothing happens until you click Accept.

Windows

Download Formula Plus Support for Windows
  1. Open the downloaded file (if Windows asks, choose More info → Run anyway). No need to install it.
  2. Read us the ID (the 9-digit number on the left).
  3. When the support request pops up, click Accept. You can end the session at any time with Disconnect.

This copy is already set up to connect to our support server (support.formulaplusllc.com); nothing else to configure.

  1. Install and open the app (it is called RustDesk).
  2. Open Settings → Network (on the phone: the menu → Settings → ID/Relay server) and enter the three values below.
  3. Read us the ID; when the support request pops up, click Accept.

iPhone and iPad can share their screen with us but cannot be controlled remotely (Apple does not allow it).

Powered by RustDesk (open source), hosted on Formula Plus's own server. Sessions are end-to-end encrypted and only start when you click Accept.
